I provide the hair for this service. All appointments are estimated times. The longer and smaller the braids are, the more time it will take to complete the service. Here are some tips for caring for your braids at home: 1. Use a bonnet to tie your hair up at night. 2. Use mousse to keep your scalp moisturized. 3. Use any oil of your choice to keep your scalp moisturized.
Cancellation Policy
Appointment Terms & Conditions At Empress Hair Braiding Salon, I understand that life happens. However, professionalism and respect for time are a priority. These policies are in place to ensure fairness, consistency, and efficiency for both the stylist and the client. Full Policy A NON-REFUNDABLE $25 deposit is required to secure all appointments. Only the $25 deposit will be applied toward your service. A $1.03 processing fee is added at booking, making the total $26.03. Because payment processors (credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, etc.) charge fees on every transaction, this $1.03 fee is added at the time of booking. This fee goes directly to the payment processor and is not retained by the salon. The $25 deposit will be credited toward your service balance on the day of your appointment. The $1.03 fee is strictly a processing charge and does not apply toward your service. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. There is no grace period when booking. Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled appointment. If I am running behind with a current client, I will notify you 1–2 hours prior to your appointment. No Call / No-Show appointments will result in loss of booking privileges. Any future appointments made under these circumstances will be canceled. These policies are designed to protect time, maintain professionalism, and ensure that all appointments proceed smoothly.
