Weekday appointments should be scheduled for 9:00 AM or 9:30 AM.

If you are the first client of the day, your appointment will begin at 9:00 AM or 9:30 AM to help maintain a consistent schedule.
 

To maintain scheduling consistency, gaps between appointments are not Permitted .

Please arrive with hair fully taken down, clean, and thoroughly detangled prior to your appointment. This applies to all services, including appointments with a requested hair wash service.

PLEASE PRIORITIZE PUNCTUALITY FOR APPOINTMENTS AS BOTH OUR TIME IS VALUABLE

APPOINTMENT POLICIES

A NON-REFUNDABLE $25 retainer fee is required at the time of booking to reserve all appointments. The retainer fee will be credited toward your remaining service balance on the day of your appointment.
