Cancellation Policy

APPOINTMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS At Empress Hair Braiding Salon, professionalism, respect for time, and quality service are top priorities. These policies are in place to ensure fairness, consistency, and a smooth experience for both the stylist and each client. FULL POLICY A NON-REFUNDABLE $25 RETAINER FEE is required to secure all appointments. Only the $25 retainer fee will be applied toward your service total. A $1.99 processing fee is added at booking, making the total due at checkout $26.99. Payment processors (Credit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, etc.) charge transaction fees for every booking. This $1.99 processing fee goes directly to the payment processor and is not retained by the salon. The $25 retainer fee will be credited toward your remaining balance on the day of your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled appointment. There is no grace period for late arrivals. If the stylist is running behind due to a previous service, clients will be notified approximately 1–2 hours prior to their appointment time. ❌ NO CALL / ❌ NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS No Call / No Show appointments will result in the loss of future booking privileges. Any future appointments made under these circumstances may be automatically canceled. Please note that all appointment times are estimated and may vary depending on the length and complexity of prior services.
